Just to keep in periodic touch with you, I am still going strong on IF. It’s been since November now, and I thought I would share some more progress pics. I am currently 179 lbs which is approximately 10 lbs less than when I finished my initial cut. I am training 5/3/1 Full Body 3x week, and have gained my strength back on all lifts with the exception of bench despite being 25 lbs lighter. I’m not sure I can get any humanly leaner at this point. On training days my carbs are now back up to 475g. Hope all is well, take care man! – Jeff
Jeff updated me with this progress shot today and wanted to share his success. Now 179lbs @ 6’2″. The original 12-week comparison done on the 22nd of March can be seen on the results wall here. -Note his lifting stats though before letting your own imagination run wild.

After his cut he started bumping the carbs back up little by little, tracking things carefully and thus has stayed lean. Obviously, this will depend on the individual.
Jeff is a big lad. (179lbs but all muscle.) If you are dieting, Jeff’s slow-bulk carb number is irrelevant.
