Tommy grew up skinny and wanted to change that. He joined a local CrossFit gym, enjoyed the environment, was pushed hard, and gained a lot of muscle in the first six months. He plateaued for around one year before Reddit came to the rescue, and he was referred to our site. He grabbed a copy of Andy’s The Diet Adjustments Manual and succeded with his first bulk. You can see the results of this below. We estimate that this is around 25 pounds of muscle gain.
Critics might say he was primed for this change due to his youth and lack of training up until this point. That’s fair enough. However, the point of this article isnโt to show what he achieved initially; itโs to explain how we helped him break out of his plateau and take his physique to the next level.
