“Well…I just love having a 6 pack Andy & it really is all down to you by putting me on the right road! During the 12wks I didn’t once do any situps or cardio, I tell and show everyone about this and they don’t believe me. All I did was simply stick to the macros you gave me & hit the squats & deadlifts hard! perfect recipe for getting lean & mean. The food part of it is all sooooooo easy, I eyeball the LOT! thanks again for teaching me the NO BULLSHIT approach to getting in great shape.
