“I really want to pass on my appreciation to you for guiding me and having the confidence in me during my 12-week transformation. I expected to see some changes but I couldn’t imagine the degree of difference that we have achieved with my body. Considering that a vast amount of my training was hampered by a slight injury which prevented upper body workouts, I now know that my goal of competing in a competition is within my reach and at 52 years of age, I know that I will blow a few people away. Your instruction and positive feedback raised my motivation levels and this contributes greatly to me achieving my goal. I am enjoying my diet break but I am already planning my training and feeding schedule and routine for the start of my slow bulk cycle beginning soon.
