WE’VE BEEN LIED TO
Does this sound familiar?
āIām working my ass off in the gym, but Iām no longer seeing results.ā
āI try other programs, but quickly stall or get injured.ā
āWork and family commitments always get in the way.ā
āThere is conflicting information everywhere!ā
I feel your pain.
I spent years stuck in physique purgatory. I would hope for a fix in the latest program, training technique, or supplement bottle. I read all the stuff I was supposed to, but I just got brainwashed by industry nonsense.
The fitness industry does not benefit from genuinely educating us. Thereās too much money to be made selling quick fixes marketed by steroid-abusing influencers claiming to be natural.
If I could tell my 20-year-old self one thing, itās this: no single program will lead you to your goals!
A solid program is the beginning. However, the only way to achieve long-term progress is to learn how to adjust things when you stall.
You DONāT have to figure this out on your own.
Let us show you how we systematically break plateaus for our clients. š

I loved this email course. Clear and concise information that is almost impossible to misinterpret. At 37, I’m in the shape of my life and I continue getting better. That’s down to you!
I purchased your books and it’s great to see these programs available for anyone in a spreadsheet.Ā The links to the exercises in the sheet are helpful, and the emails help make everything clear. Thanks again for the work you do!
The spreadsheet with the programs is useful and easy to use. I really like the drop-down menus giving different exercise options and the exercise database. Thank you!
I’ve followed your work for over a decade when you started out. It has been a great guide for me as someone who started taking training and nutrition seriously in their forties. These programs and course are no exception.
Great spreadsheet, great resource. Thank you for all the content and information you have generously provided over the years!
Iāve always been active, but I have never looked as you would expect to for the number of hours I exercise. I had frequent aches and pains; I felt old, and I didnāt know what I was doing.
Then, a friend sent me a link toĀ RippedBody.com. What a game-changer! My waist slimmed in, my back got wider, and my legs started to gain definition and shape.Ā 4 months on, I can now squat 125 kg (275 lbs), deadlift 165 kg (365 lbs), and bench 85 kg (185 lbs). I can see my abs, and my back is shredded.Ā
My wife and some people at the pool have commented on how different I look. Thank you!Ā š
I really enjoyed the course. It’s been a couple of years since I trained, about 10 years since I dieted seriously so this was a good refresher. My biggest takeaway was from lesson 3: take it slow and take periodic breaks. The last two emails reminded me that calorie management is the key to meaningful progress, so that’s what I intend to dial in next. Thanks!
Great course! Thank you. I wish I had known this 30 years ago!
You are amazing for doing this. I purchased your book years ago and still use it to plan my programming but I’m blown away that you would provide a tool like this for free.
Your course has been really helpful. Iām 66, and I started to train strength about 3 years ago (at that time I was feeling absolutely out of shape and unfit due to years of a sedentary lifestyle). It provided me with a good understanding of the fundamental ideas. I will not be able to have a physique comparable to younger people, of course, but I have improved a lot in the last few years. Thanks!
Still not sure if this is for you?
That’s fair. Here are some of the common questions people ask. š
