Jason is one of those rare few that kept his new year’s promise to himself. He saw the results after 12 weeks, got inspired, continued. He was completely new to lifting; started out unable to do a single chin-up, now he can do 15. Interestingly his arms, chest/back and leg measurements are pretty much the same now as they were at the start, the difference being that where there was once flab, muscle has grown.
